            G.S.R. 30 (E).—Whereas, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 4 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 (13 of 1985) and on receipt of the request from the Government of the State of Andhra Pradesh in this behalf, the Central Government has established the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal with effect from the 1st day of November, 1989 vide notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievance and Pensions (Department of Personnel and Training), published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section(i), vide number GSR 928(E), dated the 26th October, 1989;

పోలీసుల అనుమతి లేకుండా డ్రోన్ కెమెరాలు వినియోగించరాదు.

పోలీసుల అనుమతి లేకుండా డ్రోన్ కెమెరాలు వినియోగించరాదు.

🔅 జాగ్రత్తలు పాటిస్తూ డ్రోన్ కెమెరాలతో చిత్రీకరించాలి

🔅 ఇతరుల వ్యక్తిగత స్వేచ్చకు భంగం కలిగించకూడదు.

🔅 ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు, ఆలయాలు, పోలీసు స్టేషన్లు, ఎయిర్ పోర్ట్ ల వద్ద, ఇతర నిషేధిత ప్రాంతాల్లో డ్రోన్ లను వాడితే కఠిన చర్యలు.

✅ కనుచూపు మేరలో మాత్రమే డ్రోన్ ను ఎగిరేలా నియంత్రిస్తుండాలి. అనుమతించిన ఎత్తు లోనే డ్రోన్ ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి.

✅ పగటి పూట (సూర్యోదయం నుండి సూర్యాస్తమయం లోగా) మాత్రమే వినియోగించాలి.

✅ డిజిటల్ స్కై ప్లాట్ ఫామ్ ద్వారా అనుమతి తప్పనిసరిగా పొందాలి.

✅ డ్రోన్ ఎలాంటి సాంకేతిక లోపాలు లేకుండా మంచి కండిషన్ లో ఉండేలా చూసుకోవాలి.

✅ ఫ్లైయింగ్ మార్గదర్శకాల మేరకు నడుచుకోవాలి.

✅ డ్రోన్ నిషేధిత ప్రాంతాలపై అవగాహన కలిగి ఉండాలి.

✅ ఇతరుల వ్యక్తిగత స్వేచ్చకు భంగం కలిగించకూడదు.

చేయకూడనివి మరియు తప్పకుండా పాటించవలసిన నియమాలు:-

❎ భూమట్టం నుండి 400 అడుగుల (120 మీ) కంటే ఎక్కువ డ్రోన్లను ఎగురవేయరాదు.

❎ విమానాశ్రయాలు, హెలిప్యాడ్ ల సమీపంలో ఎట్టి పరిస్థితుల్లో డ్రోన్ ను వినియోగించరాదు.

❎ జనసమూహాలుండే ప్రదేశాలు, బహిరంగ కార్యక్రమాలు, జనంతో ఉన్న స్టేడియంలలో డ్రోన్ లు వినియోగించరాదు.

❎ ప్రభుత్వ కార్యాలయాలు, సైనిక స్థావరాలపై, నో-డ్రోన్ సమీపంలో డ్రోన్‌ ను ఎగురవేయరాదు.

❎ ప్రైవేట్ ఆస్తుల సమీపంలో వారి అనుమతి లేకుండా చిత్రీకరించకూడదు.

❎ AAI/ADC 24 గంటల ముందు దాఖలు చేయకుండా విమానాశ్రయాల సమీపంలో నియంత్రిత ఆకాశ మార్గంలో డ్రోన్‌ ను ఎగురవేయరాదు.

❎ ప్రమాదకరమైన పదార్థాలను తీసుకెళ్లకూడదు లేదా కింద పడవేయకూడదు.

❎ మద్యం లేదా ఇతర మత్తు పదార్థాలు సేవించి డ్రోన్ వినియోగించకూడదు.

❎ కదిలే వాహనాల నుండి డ్రోన్ ను ఎగరవేయకూడదు.

          పై నిభందనలను డ్రోన్ ఆపరేట్ చేయువారు తప్పనిసరిగా DGCA (Directorate General of Civil Aviation) నిభందనలను పాటించాలి. యజమానులు, ఉపయోగించువారు నిభందనలను అతిక్రమిస్తే చట్ట పరమైన చర్యలతో పాటు కేసు నమోదు చేయబడును.

          డ్రోన్ కలిగిన వారు మీ సంబందిత పోలీస్ స్టేషన్ ల యందు మీ డ్రోన్ సమాచారంతో పాటు మీ వ్యక్తిగత సమాచారాన్ని కూడా తెలిపి రిజిస్టర్ చేయించుకోవాలి. 

          స్థానికేతరాలు మీ ప్రాంతం యందు డ్రోన్ ఉపయోగించినా అట్టి సమాచారాన్ని కూడా పోలీస్ వారికి తెలియపరచాలి. 

          డ్రోన్ కెమెరాలను ఏదైనా కార్యక్రమాలకు ఉపయోగించుకోవడానికి ముందస్తుగా పోలీస్ వారి అనుమతి పొందాలి.

          పై తెలిపిన నిభందనలను పాటిస్తూ పోలీస్ వారికి సహకరించాలి.

👉 ఉద్యోగికి కోవిడ్ పాజిటివ్  నిర్ధారణ అయితే : 

              20 రోజుల వరకు ఏ విధమైన వైద్య ధ్రువపత్రం లేకుండా పాజిటివ్ రిపోర్ట్ పై కమ్యుటెడ్ మెడికల్ లీవ్ మంజూరు చేస్తారు. కమ్యుటెడ్ మెడికల్ లీవ్ లేకపోతే 15 రోజుల స్పెషల్ క్యాజువల్ లీవ్, తదుపరి సంపాదిత సెలవులు, అర్ధవేతన సెలవు, జీత నష్టపు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. జీతం నష్టపు సెలవు సర్వీసుకు లెక్కిస్తారు. 

👉 హమ్ ఐసోలేషన్ లేదా హాస్పిటల్ లో చేరినప్పుడు: 

           20 రోజులు వరకు ఏ విధమైన వైద్య ధ్రువపత్రం లేకుండా, రిపోర్ట్ మీద కమ్యుటెడ్ మెడికల్ లీవ్ మంజూరు. 20 రోజులు మించితే హాస్పటల్ వారు ఇచ్ఛే ధ్రువపత్రం మేరకు కమ్యూటెడ్ లీవ్ మంజూరు. హాస్పిటల్ నుండి డిశ్చార్జ్ అయిన తదుపరి కూడా ఉద్యోగి సెలవు కోరుకుంటే అర్హత కలిగిన సెలవు మంజూరు చేస్తారు

👉 కుటుంబ సభ్యులకు, ఆధారితులకు కోవిడ్ పాజిటివ్ గా నిర్ధారణ అయినప్పుడు: 

15 రోజుల స్పెషల్ క్యాజువల్ లీవ్ పాజిటివ్ రిపోర్ట్ సమర్పించిన మేరకు మంజూరు చేస్తారు. ఇంకా మించితే అర్హత గల సెలవు మంజూరు చేస్తారు.

👉 హమ్ క్వారంటైన్ లో ఉంటే: 

విధినిర్వహణలో ఉన్నట్లుగా ఆన్ డ్యూటీ గా 7 రోజుల వరకూ పరిగణిస్తారు. అంతకు మించితే కార్యాలయం నుండి ఇచ్చే సూచనల మేరకు వ్యవహరిస్తారు. 

👉కంటోన్మెంట్ జోన్లో ఉంటున్న వారికి: 

కంటెంట్మెంట్ జోన్ గా డీనోటిఫై చేసే వరకు ఆన్ డ్యూటీ లేదా వర్క్ ఫ్రం హోం గా భావిస్తారు.stu

పై ఉత్తర్వులన్నీ మార్చి 25,  2020 నుండి వర్తిస్తాయి.
